1.Reward points will be offered to members only. Passengers can sign up for membership on our website or app for free.

2.In order to receive reward points, members have to log into their accounts before purchasing tickets every time.

3.Members will receive 1 reward point for every dollar they spend on bus tickets. Every 10 points will have the value of 1 dollar toward any future bus ticket.

4.Members will receive reward points on service fees, luggage fees, bicycle fees, and any other fees that deal with a ticket order. If a member reschedules tickets or buys luggage tickets or bicycle tickets without purchasing bus tickets, they cannot earn points.

5.Members can use points on orders containing bus tickets. The value of their reward points must be greater than the order's total amount (including service fees, luggage fees, etc.).

6.Members cannot combine reward points and cash while purchasing tickets.

7.Reward points can only be redeemed on our website or app for bus fares.

8.Points are non-refundable.

9.Points are non-transferable to a different account.
